No. 80.  JOHN WILLIAMSE BOCKENOGEN, Cooper. Children Stephanus and Sytie Bokenogen to have Fifty Guilders Holland money for their Sparing Box, with some silver trinkets, etc., what remans, he leaves to his wife Dina Hubers, after her death to be divided between his two children. Appoints John Goodson and John Du Plonis of Phila to assist in care of children.

Legacies to Cousins Elizabeth, Thomas, John, James & Mary Lambert, Cousin John Snowdons two children, Thomas Sharp of Lincoln, England & Elizabeth Eliza Smith of Balmly in Nottinghamsheir. Land to father in England.    Proved 4-17-, 1692.

No. 83  EDMOND BENNETT of Phila, Yeoman; being weak & sick of Body. Bequeath all Reall and Psonall Estate to Wife Elizabeth Bennett, she to be Sole Executrix. Legacy to nephew John Bartlett now in England. Overseers, Friends John Livesey, John Jones & John Otter.

No. 84  Sarah Eckley of Phila, widdow & sole executrix of John Eckley. All Reall Estate boath in this Province and elsewhere to be equally divided between my three children - William Burge, Mary Burge & Sarah Eckley. Daughter Sarah Eckley two hundred pounds at age of twenty one years of married. Ten pounds mony of this Province to men's meeting at Philadelphia. Five pounds for women's meeting of Friends. Late husband's sonn John Eckley.
     Thomas Lloyd, Samuell Carpenter and John Delavall of Philadelphia to bee executors in Pennsylvania and elsewhere in America, and John Lewis, Perigrine Musgrave and Richard Stafford, Junr, all of South Wales executors in those parts.

All estate that my Husband was possessed of and yt I am possessed of shall be divided equally betwixt my children. Daughter Rachell, youngest. Mill, husband purchased of Willm Clayton. Daughters Rachell & Abigail to have Legacies before estate is divided equally amongst my five children - George, Joseph, Hester, Hannah & Abigall. Care of youngest dau. Rachell to sonn Joseph. John Bristoe of Chester and Paul Sanders of Schoolkill to assist Executors.

No. 86.  NATHANIELL ALLEN.  Wife Ellinor, Plantation called Allenbury, near Neshaminy Creek - excepting fifty acres adjoyning my sonn Nehemiah Allen, which I give to my grandson Nathaniell, son of Nehemiah Allen. To sonn Nehemiah Allen and his two sonns Nathaniell & Nehemiah and their heirs, Land in township of Warminster to be equally divided. Daughter Lyddia all my Lott and Houses in the Bank in Philadelphia, between Php James' and Jno Goodsons Land. Wife Ellinor one moiety of all Rents or Profits of the above named Lott and Houses during her naturall Life, after her decease the whole to Daughter Liddia and her Heirs. Daughter Joyce Brewer, and he Heirs sixty acres of Liberty Land.

No. 87.  RICHARD HUMPHRY, township of Radnor in Welch Tract and Province of Pensilvania, Planter.  Five pounds to bee sent to the Land of my nativity to be disposed of as followeth - to my Brothers John and Owen Humphry each one pound - one pound to Cousin John Owen and one pound to my sister Katherine or to her children. Lydia Elliss, Rebecca, Ann, Daniell, Benjamin and Joseph Humphrey each two pounds. Two pounds and tenn shilling toward service of truth to be disposed of at the discretion of friends in Monthly Meeting. John Humphry, brother-in-law 156 acres of Land, appointing him sole Executor.

If Rachell dye before the age of sixteen or without Issue, sd. Goods to six children of my two sisters Lowry and Gwen. Trustees: Griffith Owens, William Howell, Edward Jones, John Roberts. Bond and Mortgage from my sonn Jonathan Livezey for the Payment of 100 pounds being for Purchase of two hundred and fifty acres of Land. Legacies to Dau. Ann Littlemore and her three eldest children. Daughter Margarett Lorenson and her three eldest children. Daughter-in-law Rachell Livezey. Grandson Thomas Liveazey. Granddaughter Mary Livezey. Richard Dungworth and William Preston. I order six pounds for my Coffin and Funerall Expences. Sonn Jonathan Livezey, 250 acres of Land during his life, then to his sonn Thomas Livezey. Sonn Jonathan Livezey, my riding horse, and my bed with what bedding belongs to it. Granddaughter Mary Livezey one great Chest. Ex. Jonathan Livezey and William Preston.

No. 90.  JOHN DELAVALL of Philadelphia. Merchant. All Estate both Reall & Psonall within this Province and elsewhere to wife Hannah Delavall, until son John comes to the age of one and twenty years, then sd. son shall have one half of said estate; if he die, one quarter of sd. estate equally divided between my two sisters, Rebecca and Marrgerett. The other three quarters shall remain to my wife. Property sold by me to Samuel Carpenter. Wife Hannah Delavall sole Executrix. Father-in-law Thomas Lloyd and friends Samuel Carpenter, Alexander Beardslie and James Fox, Executors in trust.

No. 91.  THOMAS HOOTON of Phila. Being this 29th day of ye 7th mo 1693 under some weakness of body. Wife Elizabeth Sole Executrix. Mother Elizabeth Hooton Forty pounds, on condition that if my sd. mother should have any of the sd. moneys left at ye time of her decease it shall be given amongst my children equally, excepting five pounds. Legacies to Friends George Keith, Mary Bradshaw, servants Jacob Usher and Ann Newington. My Plantation Lott & Land in West Jersey, excepting such as is given by my father to my son Thomas, shall be sould. Wife to have he possession of Estate untill son Thomas comes of age, then son Thomas shall have full share and fifty pounds over, he shall have my great Brick house and Lott in ye ffront Street in Phila. Dau. Mary, Friends, Thomas Holme, Andrew Robeson, Thomas Budd and Joseph Willcox, Trustees, each five pounds.     Proved 9-5, 1693.

No. 92.  RICHARD HILLERD, lying very sick. To sons Richard, Phillip & Joseph, Dau. Mary each five shillings to be paid when they come to age of twenty one if it be lawfully Demanded. Wife Mary Hilliard Sole Executrix, to whom I give all Estate both Psonall & Reall, that she pay all my just Debts.

No. 93.  PETER DEBUE, now of Philadelphia, gentleman. Legacies to Hon. Wm. Markham, Caesar Guislin, Goldsmith, Bernard Vige.  Use of poor of the towne and County one hundred pounds. Friends, Governour Markham, Andrew Robinson and Robert Turner to join with Executor. Samuell Pere, sole Executor, to whom I give the residue of my estate. Unto Father Smith, now, or Late of Talbott County, in Province of Maryland fiftie pounds.

No. 94.  JONAS NELSON, of Kingsess, Co. of Philadelphia. Being very sick & weak of bodie. I desire my body to be Christianlie buried att Wiccacoe. Wife Yertrue, one halfe of all my Cattle and Movables. Son Jonathan, my housing and one hundred acres of Land at Kingsessing whereon I live, with the woods joyning to James Hunts, also one half my Swamps and Meadows att Kingsess and land bought of Peter Yocum and joyning Robert Longshores Lands, the same to remain in possession of wife Yertrue until sd. son comes of age; if he die, before he attains that age, then all Lands, Goods and Chattels to use of wife Yertrue. Son, Jonas, remaining ninety four acres at Kingsess and other one half of meadows and Swamps. Son Mountze one hundred acres whole front to ye Schuylkill between Peter Yocum & my son Nels Lands. Son Neels seventy acres. Son Andrees one hundred acres. Legacies to sons John & Peter, daughters Guley, Gunla, Christian & Bridgett. Executors, wife Yertrue, Robert Longshore and Eusta Eustason.

No. 96.  JOSHUA FEARNE of Darby, County of Chester, Yeoman.  Wife's name is not given. Son Joshua, Land bought of Thomas Worth and Samuel Bradshaw, with all buildings, plantings and Improvement, also unimproved Land bought of Anthonie Morgan in Darby Township Joyning Lands of Robert Naylor. Daughter Mary, Land is aforesaid Townshipp. Rest of Goods & Chattels with a Lott in Philadelphia to disposall of Executors for bringing up my children.
     Executors: Mother Elizabeth Fearne, Michael Blunstone and John Wood. Overseers, Samuel Levis & John Blunstone.

No. 97.  ALEXANDER CROOKSHANKS, of Parsion, Philadelphia County. Daughter Hester, a "niger girle" named Hanah. The rest of Reall and Personal estate to wife Elizabeth, after children come of age, she to have her third. Wife Executrix. Friends David Lloyd and Henry Badcock, Trustees to assist.

No. 98.  JOHN WHITE of Philadelphia. To son James, Lott bought of James Thomas, and all my wearing apparell.  Children, James, Mary, and Grace.  Wife Mary White, one third of all my estate. Executors to send some token of my Love to my sister White.  Wife, Executrix, Samuel Jennings to assist.

No. 99. THOMAS MILLER, of Kent Countie, Penna. First to satisfy Capt. John Dubroissis.  Son Thomas Miller, Land bought of Francis Roonalds, obliging my sd. son to remain with his master untill he shall arrive at the age of one and twenty years, and my other three children to remain with my wife untill they shall arrive att their respective age, or till their marriage. When youngest shall shall arrive att age or be married then my estate to be divided, one third to my wife Sarah Miller, other two thirds to be equallie divided between my four children. If son Thomas Miller decease before age aforesaid then sd. Lands & that part of my personall estate, that is unto him bequeathed to descend to my other three children - Rebecca, Sarah and Easter Miller. In case all die before they arrive at their respective ages, then to my wife Sara Miller, she to be Exor. Legacy to Daughter Joan Dearis.

Legacies to Andrew Robeson, Joseph Wilcox, John Moore, John Hart, Rachell Prestin, Brother Richard Pickering, sister Mary Lancaster and Richard Thompson of Chester Co.  William Salway my coat with silver buckles, William Busey, wearing aparrell.      Five negroes called Mingo, Wisten, Julious, Marria and Sarah to be hired out, one half their wages to be paid my wife yearly, other half sd. wages divided between aforsd. children. Wife Patience Lloyd all her household stuff and furniture, the rest of the estate to my children.
     Executors, wife Patience, son Mordecay, son-in-law Isaac Norris and kinsman David Lloyd.

Wife Elizabeth Lambert, Son John Lambert, Land not yet taken up, one mare and four heffers bought of Henry Grubb. Son Samll Lambert, Land lying by Wm. Watsons Land. Olliver Hooton the younger left legacies to four of my Children Thomas, John, James and Mary Lambert. Dau. Elizabeth twenty pounds. Son Thomas plantation where I now live wth housing and Tan Yard, Lands by Asenpinck and Town Lotts in Burlington. Provided that wife shall care to live at Hall where I now live she shall have a Convenient Roome, Rent free and a Cow or two. All the Rest of my Goods and Chattels not above given, to be equally divided amongst my children, Thomas, Samll, Hannah, Mary and Ruth Lambert. Wife have Negro woman called Phillis. Daughter Penelopy Roach twenty shillings to buy a mourning ring. Legacies to nephew Wm. Rodney of Jones Co. and Friend Thomas Boleman, to buy mourning rings. Wm Rodney, Phillip Richards & John Jones merchants of Phila to assist wife, each to receive twenty shillings to buy a mourning ring. Wife Ann Sole Executrix.
