ROBERT AVERY, Yeoman, of Phil (now Pylle), Somerset, England, d. previous to 14th Oct, 1575, this being the date of proving of his will. His wife evidently predeceased him as she is not mentioned in his will; he names the following children.

WILLIAM AVERY of Congnesbury in Winterstoke Hundred, England, d. 1585; wife's name is unknown, he had, however, issue.

ROBERT AVERY LIVED IN Wokingham, Berkshire, England; he was by trade a blacksmith; his will found in Diocese of doctors Common bears date of 30th March, 1642.
